Urinating man arrested for public drunkenness
A West Reading police officer saw a man peeing in public, about 1:55 a.m. July 28 at South Fifth Avenue and Oak Terrace in the borough. He arrested the urinator on a charge of public drunkenness. The man was arraigned and sent to Berks County Prison.
