A man attacked his ex-girlfriend about 10:37 p.m. July 17 in a parking lot in the 2000 block of Museum Road in Wyomissing. He drove away before police arrived, but he later turned himself in. The victim was taken to Reading Hospital for an arm injury.
Police charged the suspect, a 47-year-old Reading man, with three counts of harassment, two counts of simple assault and one count each of reckless endangerment, reckless driving, following too closely, failing to keep right and driving with a suspended or revoked license. He was jailed in lieu of $20,000.
