A woman returned to her car after shopping about 5:50 p.m. Dec. 30 at the VF Outlet stores in the 800 block of Hill Avenue in Wyomissing to find someone had stolen the passenger-side rear tire, as well as hubcaps from both wheels on that side. Whoever took the tire replaced it with one that was old and ruined, according to police.
