Security guards at a store in the Berkshire Mall called Wyomissing police after catching a woman stealing two bottles of perfume. She fingered the fragrances while another woman spoke with store employees but the crime was caught on video. Police charged the suspect, a Topton resident, with retail theft and receiving stolen merchandise.
