Hotel guest takes more than courtesy soaps from room

A hotel employee called police about 4:35 p.m. Jan. 1 after discovering one of the rooms was missing a television, table lamp and some electronics. Management at the hotel, in the 400 block of Park Road North in Wyomissing, provided borough police with information on the last guest registered to the room -- someone who is, according to the police report, "known to this department."
