Man faces trespassing, assault charges after fight in West Reading

West Reading police responded to a call of a fight about 3:44 a.m. Jan. 13 in the 100 block of South Second Avenue. The woman in the home told police she wanted to press trespassing charges against the man, who left before police arrived, "as he normally does in these situations," according to the police report. Police charged a 43-year-old man with two counts of trespassing and one count each of harassment and simple assault.
