Man cited for disorderly conduct after peeing on West Reading sidewalk
A West Reading police officer spotted a man relieving himself on the sidewalk about 2:10 a.m. Jan. 6 near Ann Street and Sunset Road in the borough. He cited the man for disorderly conduct.
