Loud cell-phone conversation gets police attention

A young man got into an argument with his girlfriend. What got the attention of police was that the argument took place about 3:25 in the morning. On New Year's Day. He was on the phone with her, while sitting in his car parked in the 400 block of Playground Drive in West Reading. The discussion was so loud a neighbor called police. Officers told the man to keep the noise down or face an arrest on a disorderly conduct charge. He listened.
