Two men cited in separate disorderly conduct incidents at West Reading Diner

West Reading police responded to a loud argument about 2:20 a.m. Nov. 20 outside the West Reading Diner, in the 400 block of Penn Avenue. Officers asked one of the men to leave, but instead he started arguing again. He was cited for disorderly conduct.

A second man who was acting up inside the diner about 20 minutes later prompted staff to call police. The officer asked the man to leave, but he resisted and now faces a disorderly conduct citation.
