Woman on parole accused of drunken driving
A Wyomissing police officer stopped a vehicle about 3:33 a.m. Nov. 28 on the North Wyomissing Boulevard exit ramp of Route 422 for failing to obey a stop sign. The driver, the officer discovered, had a suspended license and a few too many drinks. Police took the woman, who told the officer she was parole, to the DUI Center for more tests. The suspect, a 30-year-old Wyomissing resident, was charged Dec. 3 with two counts of drunken driving and one count each of driving with a suspended license and failing to obey traffic signs.
