Book bag stolen from vehicle in Wyomissing

A woman returned to her car shortly after 10 p.m. July 16 in the 1900 block of Ridgewood Road in Wyomissing and discovered a hole where her driver's side window used to be. A book bag containing $300 worth of items had been taken from the car. Police recovered the bag less than an hour later, about 10:50 p.m., from a parking lot in the 1700 block of Paper Mill Road.
