Passenger arrested after traffic stop

West Reading police stopped a vehicle about 1:25 a.m. May 5 in the first block of North Fifth Avenue in the borough for an unspecified violation. In the course of the stop an officer learned the passenger had two outstanding warrants. He was arrested and turned over to county constables.
