Police stop snow-covered vehicle in West Reading, arrest driver
A West Reading police officer stopped a vehicle about 10:35 a.m. Feb. 6 at the intersection of South Fifth Avenue and Cherry Street in the borough for having too much snow. The driver, who police said owned a car dealership and had one of his employees put a different license plate on the vehicle, also was wanted on a bench warrant. He was arrested and the vehicle was towed.
