Wyomissing apartment resident apparently prefers the great outdoors

Wyomissing police received a report of an elderly man "setting up camp" about 3:06 p.m. Nov. 11 along the creek behind an apartment complex in the borough. He reportedly lives in a different apartment complex and workers in the borough parks department know the man.
