West Reading man faces assault charges following domestic dispute

West Reading police received a report of a domestic disturbance about 10:04 p.m. Nov. 8 in the 300 block of Reading Avenue. The suspect had apparently fled into Reading but was arrested a short time later. Police charged the man, a 43-year-old West Reading resident, with simple assault, theft, receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment and harassment. He was jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.
