Woman pepper-sprays friend after argument

Wyomissing police went to an apartment about 12:56 a.m. Oct. 31 in the 400 block of North Wyomissing Boulevard when a woman complained her neighbor’s TV or stereo was too loud. The officer warned the other tenant and a male friend— who were noticeably drunk — to keep the noise down. At 2:23 a.m., the man called police to say his friend shot him in the face with pepper spray. The woman refused to talk to police.
