Traffic stop leads to drug charges
A car traveling without headlights about 1:35 a.m. Nov. 1 at Penn and Trent avenues caught the attention of police. Even more noticeable was the “overpowering” smell of pot in the car after the traffic stop. The officer also found a bag of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was released but faces charges that have yet to be filed.
