• A vehicle parked in the 1000 block of Terrace Avenue was shot seven times with a pellet gun sometime before 10:28 a.m. Oct. 31.
• Someone threw a pumpkin about 11:12 p.m. Oct. 31 into the street in the 1600 block of Museum Road in Wyomissing. The flying gourd struck a vehicle driving by but didn’t damage it.
• Wyomissing police stopped a dozen kids about 9:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of Dauphin Avenue in the borough. The officers searched the kids’ backpacks and found rolls of toilet paper and cans of Silly String. The pranksters were sent on their way, but the report doesn’t say if their tools were confiscated.
• Police stopped three teenage boys who were suspected of smashing pumpkins about 11:17 p.m. Oct. 30 in the 1600 block of Garfield Avenue in Wyomissing. The boys denied having anything to do with it and the person who called police couldn’t identify the suspects.
