Two arrested for shoplifting at VF Outlets in Wyomissing

About 1:11 p.m. Nov. 14, store security at VF Outlets stopped two people accused of stealing $118.72 in merchandise from the store in the 800 block of Hill Avenue in Wyomissing. Police arrested the pair, a 29-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man, both from Washington, D.C., and charged them with retail theft.
