Driver arrested after vehicle strikes parked car
After a vehicle struck a parked car about 2:25 a.m. Nov. 14 near the corner of State Hill Road and Penn Avenue in Wyomissing, a borough police officer pulled it over. The driver had a 0.2 blood-alcohol content according to a breath test, more than twice the legal threshold for drunken driving. The officer took the driver to the DUI processing center for a blood test.
