Man faces drunken driving, other charges after traffic stop
Wyomissing police stopped a car for littering about 9:39 p.m. Aug. 2 at the intersection of Route 422 east and Penn Avenue. The officer arrested the driver on suspicion of drunken driving and took him to St. Joseph’s Hospital for a blood test. On Aug. 17 the suspect, a 25-year-old Reading man, was charged with drunken driving, littering and having windshield obstructions.
