Wyomissing police set up a traffic enforcement detail about 1:45 a.m. Feb. 21 to watch for loud motorcycles and cars in the 1600 block of Museum Road in the borough.
During the time officers saw -- and heard -- 21 vehicles pass by. Of those, the number of cars, SUVs and motorcycles that made excessive noise? Zero.
