Police find drugs in child's car seat
A traffic stop in Wyomissing turned in to a drug bust early in the morning of Jan. 26. Police stopped a car about 1:35 a.m. at the intersection of Penn and Eighth avenues. While officers spoke to the people in the vehicle, they could smell marijuana. A search turned up several small plastic bags of the drug hidden in a child's booster seat.
