Drunken driver stopped going wrong way on West Reading street
A West Reading police officer stopped a vehicle about 2:25 a.m. Jan. 8 after seeing it travel the wrong way in the first block of Tulpehocken Avenue in the borough. The driver faces a drunken-driving charge.
