Wrong-way driver ends up under arrest

A West Reading police officer stopped a vehicle about 6:57 p.m. in the 300 block of Spruce Street in the borough. The green Dodge Neon had been traveling east on the one-way, westbound street. To make matters worse for the driver, he also had two open warrants and was arrested.
