Vandalized vehicle discovered at Candlewood Suites in West Reading
A guest at the Candlewood Suites told the clerk about 10:16 p.m. Aug. 17 that a vehicle in the parking lot had its driver's side window smashed. Police could not tell if anything had been taken. The vehicle, parked in the hotel's lot in the first block of South Third Avenue, had been unoccupied long enough that a spider made a new home in the car's open window. The clerk didn't know who owned the vehicle.
