Traffic stop leads to arrest for unlicensed driver
Wyomissing police stopped a vehicle about 9:58 p.m. July 24 at the intersection of Penn and Lynne avenues in the borough. The driver didn’t have a license; he did, however, have a $300 scofflaw warrant. The officers called Berks County constables, who arrested him on the outstanding warrant.
