Man spots thief in his vehicle parked in Wyomissing

A man went out to his car about 6:16 a.m. July 21 in the 300 block of Reading Boulevard in Wyomissing when he noticed a teenage boy inside the vehicle. The boy ran away toward Park Road South but eluded police. The victim reported that $4 was missing from the vehicle’s console.
