Man arrested after police say he hit Wyomissing building with vehicle

A driver drove into a building twice about 6:05 p.m. July 27 in the 1100 block of Woodland Road in Wyomissing, then drove away. Police spotted the vehicle, which presumably had body damage, and arrested the driver. They discovered he was drunken and charged him with driving with a suspended license, drunken driving, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, hit and run and causing an accident. The suspect, a 28-year-old Akron, Pa., man, was jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.
