Teenager charged with indecent exposure
An 18-year-old West Reading man was arrested May 23 and charged with indecent exposure after police said he, well, exposed himself about 1:32 p.m. in the 500 block of Sycamore Road in West Reading. He was also charged with harassment and disorderly conduct and jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail.
