No witnesses means no drunken-driving charge for man
Someone called police about a possible drunken driver about 8:07 p.m. April 30 in the 1800 block of State Hill Road in Wyomissing. When police arrived, they found a man in his car, who not only had been drinking but also vomited on himself. He told police he had driven, but since no one had seen him operate the vehicle, he wasn’t charged with drunken driving. The man’s father came to pick him up and the vehicle was left in the parking lot.
