Man reports assault at assisted-living facility

A man told West Reading police in the evening of May 12 he was assaulted by another man at an assisted-living facility in the 400 block of Reading Avenue in the borough. Police arrested the suspect, a 47-year-old borough man, and charged him with one count each of simple assault and harassment.
