Phantom baby blamed for 911 call to Wyomissing police
A woman in the first block of Valley Road in Wyomissing called 911 about 2:40 a.m. Feb. 28 and immediately hung up. Borough police went to the home and asked the woman who did it. She told them a baby did it, but the baby had left right before police arrived.
