West Reading traffic stop leads to woman’s arrest
A West Reading police officer stopped a car with an expired inspection sticker about 10:04 a.m. Feb. 1 at South Sixth Avenue and Franklin Street. The driver had a suspended license and an outstanding bench warrant. She was arrested and the vehicle, which also had expired registration and no insurance, was towed.
