Man arrested after police find him in vehicle on side of highway

A Wyomissing police officer discovered a vehicle that appeared to be disabled about 9:06 p.m. Jan. 5 along the side of a highway in Wyomissing. The driver appeared nervous though he said everything was fine. After he gave the officer several different names, the driver, believed to be a 19-year-old Reading man, was arrested on charges of driving without a license and giving false identification to a police officer. He was jailed in lieu of $20,000 bail.
