Lancaster County man charged with drunken-driving following arrest in West Reading

A 21-year-old Narvon, Pa., resident was charged Dec. 31 with drunken-driving and other charges following a crash about 2:27 a.m. Dec. 22 at Chestnut Street and South Second Avenue in West Reading. Radio reports indicated the crash involved a hit and run. The man now faces two charges of drunken driving and one count each of careless driving, damaging an unattended vehicle or property, speeding and failure to notify police of an accident.
