A 21-year-old Reading man was charged with retail theft Nov. 30 after he was caught about 9 p.m. Nov. 27 concealing a drink worth $2 in a store in the 1100 block of Berkshire Boulevard in Wyomissing. Police discovered a previous offense on his record.
