Man arrested for drunken driving following stop in West Reading
A West Reading police officer stopped a car that had no lights on about 10:23 p.m. Nov. 19 on an on-ramp to the Penn Street Bridge. The officer gave the driver three sobriety tests but he refused two of them. Instead, he was arrested, taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital for a blood test then to jail. He now faces drunken driving charges.
