(Full disclosure: The executive director of BCTV is the mother of Adam Richter, who runs this Web site.Berks Community Television received a grant earlier this year to launch a community information hub, an online news site where citizen journalists can contribute stories about what's going on in their community. The site went live as of Dec. 1 and has lots of useful information, photos, videos and links.
