About 3:47 a.m. Oct. 25, a West Reading police officer discovered a Lexus parked in the 400 block of Reading Avenue in the borough had its driver's side window smashed and noticed pry marks on the door frame. The owner of the car said nothing was missing.
A similar act of vandalism was reported about 10:29 a.m. the same day, this time to a vehicle in the 300 block of Franklin Street. Once agian, nothing appeared to be missing.
