Man cited for throwing rocks at bus
Three men were tossing rocks at a BARTA bus about 5:37 p.m. Aug. 18 at Park Road and Spring Street in Wyomissing when a police officer happened by. One of the men received a disorderly conduct citation for his participation in the attack on the bus.
