Two cited for shoplifting in Wyomissing
A woman and a girl were stopped at 3:21 p.m. July 10 for allegedly stealing $91.95 worth of merchandise from a store in the 800 block of Hill Avenue in Wyomissing. They were both issued citations for retail theft and criminal conspiracy.
