Traffic stop leads to drug arrest

A driver made an illegal left turn about 12:45 a.m. July 12 at the intersection of South Third and Penn avenues in West Reading. Police who pulled him over found he had a suspended license and an open warrant. Officers also discovered marijuana in the ashtray of the vehicle, which wasn’t registered or insured and had an improperly displayed dealer tag. The man was arrested and his vehicle seized by police.
