Wyomissing police stopped a car for an equipment violation about 12:20 a.m. at the intersection of Penn Avenue and State Hill Road in the borough. The officer noticed the driver had been drinking, and also found three open warrants. The driver’s license had been suspended, as well. Police took the driver to the DUI center for a blood-alcohol test.
