Women cited for shoplifting at VF Outlet in Wyomissing

Security guards stopped two women on suspicion of stealing $117.83 in merchandise about 5:47 p.m. Sept. 17 from a store in the VF Outlet in the 800 block of Hill Avenue in Wyomissing. Borough police found the women no prior arrests or outstanding warrants. The officer issued citations to the women and sent them on their way.
