Sink, other items stolen in West Reading

West Reading police received several reports of thefts between June 11 and 12:

• At 4:08 p.m. June 11, Reading Hospital employees discovered an industrial sink had been stolen from the hospital at South Sixth Avenue and Spruce Street.
• At 9:09 a.m. June 12, police arrested a shoplifting suspect who had stolen items from a store in the 500 block of Penn Avenue.
• At 5 p.m. June 12, a man realized a bicycle and hedge trimmer were gone from his open garage in the 100 block of Franklin Street.
