Driver arrested for lying to police
West Reading police stopped a vehicle about 9:18 p.m. April 7 for a traffic violation at the traffic circle at Reading and Tulpehocken avenues in the borough. The driver gave police a fake identification, but the officers weren't fooled. They arrested him.
