Laptop stolen from vehicle parked in Wyomissing

Shortly before 9 a.m. March 1, a Wyomissing resident noticed someone smashed the window of a vehicle parked in the 1700 block of Paper Mill Road and stole a laptop worth about $1,400 that was inside the vehicle. The victim told police the crime must have happened overnight.
