Homeless man arrested on outstanding warrants in Wyomissing

Wyomissing police stopped a vehicle about 2:10 a.m. Jan. 2 at Paper Mill Road and Berkshire Boulevard in the borough for having an expired registration. The owner of the vehicle told police he was living out of his vehicle. Not only was the registration expired; so were the inspection stickers and the insurance, he told officers. A background check showed the man also had an outstanding warrant. He was cited for the vehicle violations and taken to Reading Central Arraignment Court for the warrant.
