Two people grabbed a late-night bite about 2:09 a.m. Oct. 24 at a restaurant in the 1200 block of Penn Avenue in Wyomissing. When the time came to pay the $21.25 bill, neither of them had any money. So employees called police, who cited one of the diners for theft of services.
